PRESTIGE Terms of Service
Effective October 6, 2026
These terms apply when you use prestigeautocenterla.com or book mobile mechanic services from PAS24 LLC, doing business as Prestige Auto Center ("we", "us"). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
- Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide about your vehicle and the problem.
- A quote typically includes a service call fee, parts and labor. Sales tax applies to parts where required.
- The final price is confirmed after the mechanic inspects the vehicle. If additional work or parts are needed, we will tell you the price and get your approval before doing it.
- If you supply your own parts or fluids, we are not responsible for their quality or fitment, and they are not covered by our warranty.
Appointments
- Arrival times are estimates and can change due to traffic or earlier jobs. We will let you know about delays.
- Please give at least a few hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A service call fee may apply if the mechanic arrives and cannot access the vehicle.
- You must have the right to authorize work on the vehicle and provide a safe, legal place to work. We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is completed unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Warranty
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our workmanship warranty terms are listed on your invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or later work by others.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of use of the vehicle or lost time. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.
